Lagos service charge: the account you already owe

Section 10 of the Lagos Tenancy Law entitles tenants who pay service charge to a written account every six months. Most managers have never issued one.

Section 27 of the LASRERA Law requires property management companies to register, and failing to do so is an offence. The 10% letting fee cap is older still.
