Rentyx currently focuses on manager workspaces, shared records, tasks, maintenance and supported contractor links. Access depends on workspace permissions. Offline field workflows are planned; internet is still required for current server operations.

No. Workspace membership and role permissions govern access. During setup, review what each role can see and do using the current controls; do not assume a custom permission rule exists until it has been demonstrated.
02Do contractors need the full manager workspace?
Supported contractor job links give an external person a focused way to work on the relevant assignment. We can demonstrate the current link flow and its access boundaries during a walkthrough.
03Can we use it when the connection drops?
Offline records, local drafts and reconnection sync are planned next. They are not yet available as a complete field workflow. Payments and other sensitive final actions will still need a server connection.
