The rent confirmation is in a message. The lease is in a folder. The person who knows about the repair is out on a viewing.
Everyone is working. Yet a simple update still means another call, another search, another “let me check”. As the team grows, that dependence on individual memory becomes harder to manage.
Good property work deserves a shared memory.

Tasks & maintenance
Rentyx starts with the way property is managed here: naira records, annual tenancy cycles, multiple landlords and a team working across the office and the properties.
It gives those details a place in the same workspace, so managing the records can support managing the relationships.
Keep what works in your current process. Bring us the parts that still depend on a spreadsheet, a message or one person knowing the answer. We’ll walk through those jobs together before talking about a move.
How to evaluate RentyxThat is a core use case: shared property, lease, payment and maintenance records give authorised colleagues the context for their work. In a walkthrough, ask someone unfamiliar with the sample property to find the answers themselves.
No. We can discuss a smaller starting group and the records they need. Agree the evaluation period and support arrangements with us, then review whether the setup is ready for the wider team.
Rentyx uses account authentication, workspace permissions and server-side access checks. Selected sensitive values are encrypted and passwords are hashed. The platform is not end-to-end encrypted. Our Trust page explains this in plain language so you can ask informed questions.
The focus is property operations: records, tenancies, rent, documents and maintenance work. Specialist valuation, visitor access and other facilities tools should be discussed separately. We’ll show the current workflow rather than assume a fit.
