Start with the work your team needs to manage. A walkthrough uses sample records, so you can ask questions without a data migration.
If a pilot makes sense, agree its duration, support and any cost, alongside the proposed subscription scope and start date.
The quote should distinguish subscription charges, onboarding work and relevant provider fees. Any discount and renewal terms should be explicit.
Agree the subscription start date and billing term in writing before proceeding. Do not assume that a walkthrough, signup or pilot creates a backdated bill; any evaluation charges should be disclosed and agreed separately.
We can discuss a smaller starting group and a staged rollout. The pilot period, support and any fees are specific to your agreement; signup alone does not grant a workspace or start a paid plan.
